Leading drives and controls manufacturer, Bosch Rexroth, will highlight its expertise in training and standards at the Digitising Manufacturing conference on Tuesday 15th November 2016, at The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) in Coventry.

The event will cover key topics including policy, education, business models, standards and the implementation of digital technologies in the industry.

Directed at end users, the conference will feature a number of expert speakers from across Europe, including Martin Hankel, Director Project Industry 4.0 Technology and Rüdiger Walther, Head of Technical Sales Training at the Drive & Control Academy both from Bosch Rexroth Germany.

Martin Hankel will discuss standardisation in relation to Industry 4.0, while Rüdiger Walther will provide insight into training and the skills required for Industry 4.0. Specifically, he will identify how to train individuals and highlight overall ‘best practice’.

In addition to this attendees will be provided with a tour of the Lloyds Bank Advanced Manufacturing Training Centre (AMTC) based on the MTC campus; this is also home to a Bosch Rexroth training room.
