After many years of close collaboration, Brammer and leading chain manufacturer Regina have solidified their relationship through forming a unique partnership. Brammer is the only UK distributor to have been awarded this “one of a kind” supply agreement, enabling the industrial supplies specialist to stock and supply Regina’s expansive range of table-top chains, modular belts and conveyor components.

Regina, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Regina Catene Calibrate, Italy, has specialised in conveyors since the 1980s, during which time it has contributed significantly to technological advancement in the sector. Combining reliability with high-performance materials, its range includes FliteTop ® chains and modular belts, which will now be available to new and existing customers of Brammer. Regina specialises in solutions for the food, bottling, glass, packaging and canning industries – which are among Brammer’s most active sectors.

Brian Preston, Brammer’s Head of Category for Power Transmission, commented: “This exciting new deal gives us a fantastic opportunity for further development and growth within our power transmission category, and aligns perfectly with our expertise in the wider food and beverage sector. We are delighted to be Regina’s main partner for these products, and look forward to offering our customers exclusive access to market-leading products from Regina’s portfolio.

Don Elliott, Regina UK Sales Director added: “We have enjoyed many years of close co-operation and mutual benefit with Brammer, so the awarding of this unique partnership agreement was a natural progression for both parties. With extensive expertise in both power transmission and our key industries, Brammer is the perfect business to take our products to market.”

Andrew Jeffrey, Commercial Director at Brammer, explained: ““Partnerships like this are key to Brammer’s in-depth product knowledge and this, combined with technical engineering expertise, allows us to help customers to minimise downtime, reduce energy consumption and reduce time spent on maintenance. Extending our product portfolio is a key strategic focus of ours at present, and building in-depth relationships with manufacturers like Regina enables us to not only supply a product, but add real value to customers’ productivity and profit margins.”

Brammer now stocks a comprehensive range of high-quality Regina products including: stainless steel and plastic chains; anti-static chains; plastic modular belts; gripper chains; and magnetic, TAB and Bevel curves. Many of the products are available as standard or custom-made, with Brammer working closely with Regina to create bespoke solutions. A full range of accessories and components are also available, including: machined and moulded sprockets; lubricated and standard wear strips; return rollers; and side guides. Brammer also has the in-house capability to cut chains and belts to customer’s specific requirements, ensuring that every individual application is catered to.
