The family-run company supplies customers around the world and specializes in project-specific configuration and fabrication of large industrial motors. Menzel has many years of experience in a wide range of industries, including the cement industry, steel mills, mining, the process industry, and power plants.
Menzel supplies and manufactures three-phase asynchronous motors with slipring rotors up to 15,000 kW and with squirrel cage rotors up to 25,000 kW as well as DC motors up to 2,000 kW.
Applications range from conveyors to mills, pumps, fans, and many other drive applications. All drive solutions are put through thorough in-house test runs before shipping. Trade fair visitors can take a virtual tour at the booth of Menzel’s state-of-the-art load test field at the company’s Berlin headquarters.
