Mitsubishi Electric Europe will be exhibiting at RWM 2014 – the resource efficiency and waste management show, being held in the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham UK, 16th – 18th September 2014.

For more than 25 years Mitsubishi Electric has been a supplier for the Energy from Waste (EfW) industry. It will be displaying its solutions for the power industry on stand 4C44-D45 in the EfW halls, numbers 4 and 5, at the RWM show. Owners, constructors and EfW plant related providers are invited to share Mitsubishi Electric’s experience, knowledge, technologies and future vision, and to explore how they can reduce time-to-first power on new builds and reduce risks on upgrades, expansions and other projects.

Mitsubishi Electric, as a single source supplier, covers all the requirements of an EI&C (Electrical, Instrumentation & Control) project; from consulting, design and engineering to project management, commissioning and grid connection. Furthermore, clients will be accompanied through the entire life cycle of the power plant, including operations optimisation and maintenance, further developments and enhancements through to modernisation, replacement or decommissioning. Our expertise is rounded out by the experience and know-how of our Power Generation Competence Centre, ME-Automation Projects GmbH based in Kassel, Germany.

The full-scope EI&C solutions from Mitsubishi Electric reduce the time, cost and risk of almost all EfW projects and at the same time ensure maximum operating efficiency and availability from the energy production assets. As a long-term partner, Mitsubishi Electric offers technologies and solutions, as well as comprehensive support on a global basis. Through the use of various automation solutions, total cost of ownership and life-cycle costs will be permanently minimised.

The combination of Mitsubishi Electric’s EI&C turnkey solutions and their wide ranging portfolio of technologies significantly reduces the number of supplier interfaces necessary for all projects.

Owners, constructors and EfW plant related providers rely on Mitsubishi Electric’s proven automation solutions starting from the waste incinerator to steam cycle, to turbine-generator set, to flue-gas cleaning – all the way to connecting the grid for exporting your power.
