VIDEO: Tobias Dietz, sales director Danfoss Germany, explained at the recent Hannover Messe 2014 how Danfoss is a “motor independent” drives manufacturer. He goes on to explain that Danfoss VLT Drives are able to drive any type of motor (permanent magnet or asynchronous) and that Danfoss is the first drive manufacturer in the market place to develop an Automated Motor Adaption function that can be used for any kind of motor technology.
The Automated Motor Adaption function determines the electrical parameters for the connected motor and ensures efficient motor operation.
