The Imaging Source is now supplying a new family of GigE Zoom cameras featuring 20x optical zoom, autofocus and autoiris with PoE (Power over Ethernet). They come in monochrome and colour variants, featuring the Sony Pregius 3.1MP IMX265 sensor. The sensor’s global shutter ensures a distortion-free imaging experience for fast-moving objects whilst delivering high frame rates as well as high dynamic range and brilliant colour reproduction. The cameras’ precise stepper motors have the ability to adjust the zoom and focus with a full zoom range transition of under 6 seconds. Furthermore, the cameras feature a mechanical IR cut filter switch. All functionalities are conveniently controlled via the supplied software, allowing a quick setup and versatile use!
The TIS zoom cameras are ideally suited for a range of machine vision tasks where objects vary in size or distance such as automation, quality assurance, logistics, ITS (Intelligent Traffic Systems) and CCTV.
