Linkx Systems will be exhibiting its latest Linkx Technology & patented machinery at this year’s PPMA Show on Stand F68. These will include the latest Linkx Compact Gantry Palletiser and the patented Random Box Sizer.
The Linkx Compact Gantry Palletiser is designed to meet modern production environments where space is a constraint and the need for potential future expansion is a consideration. The modular design of the Linkx Gantry Palletiser allows conveyors, pallet stores, layer pads, pallet dispensers and a pallet stretch wrapper to be integrated into the system as required. This latest Linkx machine has a modular construction which can be incorporated into new and existing semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines.
The Patented Random Box Sizer intelligently measures the empty volume of any random, loaded box size and cuts and creases it to final package dimensions ready for folding, sealing and bagging prior to end-of-line labelling. Due to carrier companies charging on volume rather than weight alone; this machine has been designed to reduce the volume of packaged goods and the use of excess packaging material.
