For UK customers still using a 3G Secomea SiteManager or any other 3G device to remotely access your industrial equipment, you risk not being able to connect. The Secomea 3G device will switchover to 2G, but as these networks are also being shut down, you could completely lose your remote connectivity. For this reason, it is vital that you replace your device with one that supports 4G service. Some of the major network providers in the UK are shutting down their 3G services as early as 2024.
