Baumer presents innovative sensing solutions from ‘Process to Packaging’ Stand E70, PPMA Show, NEC*
Baumer Ltd will be showcasing their extensive range of sensor solutions for the Packaging and Food & Beverage market, an overview of everything they do from ‘process to packaging’. The key products they will be showcasing are their new products; the Nextgen Hygienic and Washdown photoelectric sensors, their hygienic flow sensor, their new iteration of the ‘Cleverlevel’ sensor working on all medias, their measurement portfolio of sensors for high performance and high accuracy irrespective of the packaging material, and also their smart camera technology with the industry’s only IP69k variant.
Within their process sensors they will be demonstrating working models of their sensors which proves their experience and pedigree in the Food & Beverage sector with core strengths of EGEDG and Hygienic compliance for flow, level, temperature, pressure and conductivity products.
Within Baumer’s detection and position/distance sensing portfolio they will be showcasing with live demonstration equipment of; photoelectric, laser, ultrasonic, capacitive, and encoder sensor technologies used by all packaging machine users and manufacturers, thus showing innovative sensing methods for all packaging and filling OEM’s, end users and system integrators.
In summary Baumer will be showcasing with live working equipment (including a working packaging machine with our sensors on), sensors that prove Baumer are partners in packaging, that they have a long and extensive expertise in the packaging and food & beverage markets with specifically dedicated instruments and sensors and that Baumer are Industry 4.0 ready with dedicated options.
Specifically for the show Baumer are launching their new and unseen multi-spot with Ethernet Interface and webserver capability laser measurement sensor range and also their chemically robust ultrasonic sensors with high chemical resistance thanks to a special coating.
