HBM (UK) has taken on three new team members to improve the quality of their customer service support provided throughout the UK and Ireland. 

Stephen Giguere is an Applications Engineer who specialises in the integration of advanced data acquisition and data processing systems. He has extensive engineering experience across a range of sectors and has worked with a number of leading companies including Rolls Royce, Motorola and Ford. Stephen’s focus will be on working with HBM’s customers to provide innovative engineering solutions that will translate into improved quality in product development and production.

Joshua Gumbs joins as a Sales Engineer (Weighing Technology) to bring added strength to HBM’s core weighing technology sector. His focus will be on working with OEMs by providing creative solutions for their industrial processing challenges throughout the research, design and development stages of their products. Joshua’s comprehensive engineering expertise is backed by his solid experience with companies including Keithley Instruments and Wenglor Sensors.

Providing essential support for all of HBM’s customers in the UK and Ireland is the new Service & Support Co-ordinator Ranjna Mapara who was previously the Marketing Manager for Graydon, one of the UK’s largest credit referencing agencies. Ranjna will be responsible for after sales support activities such as calibration of customers’ equipment, training customers and the commissioning of new products in the growing support sector to ensure that customers’ equipment is properly maintained for optimum effectiveness.
