PPMA Show – Stand D20

There is a universal drive for companies to automate their production lines with the best quality equipment for the lowest price. Regardless of capacity requirements, high speed or low speed, one thing that is always a priority for customers is reliability, consistency, and quality. It is also not only large, high end producers who need to automate; smaller companies and those companies with slower lines also need to. Therefore in a bid to cater to all their customer’s needs, from random or pre-set operations to high speed or low speed outputs, Endoline Machinery are launching a new range of entry level machines to offer a solution to meet all customer needs.

Endoline has long been recognised as a leading world-wide manufacturer of high quality, high speed end of line packaging machinery. However this years’ PPMA Show will see the first machines in their new entry level range – a case erector, dubbed ‘ELCE’, and a new fully automatic case sealer.  Both machines have been designed to offer companies with lower speed lines the option of having an Endoline high quality machine to suit all their requirements, from speed and reliability to maintenance and, of course, price. As one of the only end of line manufacturers who design and manufacture all of their equipment in the UK, this new range of machines enables Endoline to offer a complete range of products to cater for low, medium or high speed production lines.

Andrew Yates, Endoline’s Sales and Marketing manager explains; “Not everyone needs or can afford a Ferrari, many people simply need a family car that is high quality, reliable and will safely get them from A to B. We see the launch of our new range of machinery similar to when BMW bought out the 1 series. You still get the same quality product, the same technical support, and the same quality of service as if you had bought a top of the range series car.”

As one of the only end of line manufacturers who design and manufacture all of their equipment from the UK, the move also puts Endoline, firmly in each of the low, medium and high speed categories of automation.  “We can offer the complete package to any customer to meet their specification and budget.  It also enables us to ‘hand hold’ our customers throughout the automation process.” Comments Andrew.

The move follows a mammoth global reception for Endoline’s state-of-the-art high speed case erecting and sealing systems.  The Bedfordshire based company have identified a clear need to offer their customers an economical product.  “Put simply our customers are automating and we want to be able to offer them a competitive solution which meets all their changing needs.” Andrew concludes.

Visitors to the PPMA show can visit Endoline on stand D20 where they will be showcasing both ‘ELCE’ and their 247 servo driven high speed case erector so they can see the extent of Endoline’s case erecting solutions from entry level through to high end.
