Rollon has integrated its roller guides range within the Configurator tool of myRollon. The digital platform also comes with a new and improved personal area interface and an optimised search bar.

Rollon announces the integration of its range of roller guides, including Compact Rail and X-Rail, in the Configurator tool of myRollon, the digital platform developed to support engineers and designers throughout all phases of project development. Users can now define product configurations, generate unique product codes, and request quotations for these products as well.

“The integration of our portfolio on myRollon is one of our top priorities as part of our ongoing effort to provide users with a comprehensive digital experience,” says Franck Michaux, Digital Transformation Director at Rollon. “This milestone takes us a step further in centralizing all resources and tools in a single environment. By continuously extending the platform’s capabilities, we aim to offer engineers faster access to the solutions they need, while supporting them with intuitive digital services that simplify every phase of their work, from selection to configuration and beyond.”

A redesigned personal space

The personal space has been redesigned to offer a faster, more intuitive experience that improves navigation and makes key information easier to access.

The main menu has been moved to the top of the page, ensuring smoother browsing through cards that allow quick access to personal information and cart, all organized for improved clarity and reduced search time.

“The interface of the personal space is now clearer and more user-friendly,” adds Franck Michaux. “With just a few clicks, users can access their profile, update their personal information, and review their account details. The objective was to make the area clean, intuitive and consistent with the navigation patterns users are accustomed to on most modern websites”.

An optimised search bar

The search bar has been rethought to deliver more precise results and instantly connect users to the corresponding products.

Powered by AI and a database of over 130,000 Rollon product codes, the search now intelligently recognizes references, including partial ones starting from just six characters, providing also a brief overview of the related reference. This enhancement greatly accelerates the process of identifying the right components.

“With faster results and smarter matching, the product search is now quicker, clearer and more efficient,” explains Michaux. “It’s a significant upgrade for users who rely on speed and accuracy during the design and procurement phases.”

myRollon: a comprehensive digital tool

myRollon is designed to support users in identifying the most suitable linear motion solutions, configuring products according to specific application requirements, and accessing a broad set of technical resources. The platform is structured around three main tools:

  • The Selection Tool, which analyses operating conditions, dimensions, and loads to suggest suitable solutions based on performance and cost-efficiency, and generates a dedicated technical report for each search.
  • The Configurator & Interchange, which enables users to define product configurations, generate unique product codes, and request quotations. It also allows to input an existing product code and receive a proposal for the most compatible solution available within Rollon’s portfolio.
  • The Product Center, which acts as an advanced digital catalogue, providing access to 3D CAD files, technical documentation, installation guides, and additional selection options.

All activities performed on myRollon can be saved, resumed, and modified at any time, supporting a flexible and continuous workflow aligned with the needs of modern engineering and design processes.
