The advanced type offers the same functionality as the standard type of the KW9M series: bidirectional energy measurement (energy produced and energy consumed), low-current measurement from as low as 1mA, network monitoring, detection of unequal phase loads. In addition, the advanced type is equipped with the following features:

The built-in RS485 interface supports the Modbus RTU, MEWTOCOL, and DL/T645-2007 protocol, thus guaranteeing simple integration into existing networks and a fast and reliable data exchange.
