Our range of Stainless Steel guarding is ideally suited for environments where easily-cleaned, sterile, anti-corrosive and anti-static mesh guarding is necessary, particularly within the Food Preparation, Food Safety, and Pharmaceutical, industries.
This hygienic system is constructed of AISI 304 Stainless Steel, but can be supplied in AISI 316 Stainless upon request. Panels are available in 406, 706, and 1106mm widths x 1806mm high as standard, although 2500mm and 2700mm heights can are also available. Additionally, panels come with an overall floor clearance of 130mm, with posts that can either be flush fixed, or supplied with threaded rods and spacers to allow elevation from the working surface.
Our range of hinged and sliding doors offer large, durable roller surfaces with heavy duty non-corrosive rollers and hinges, easily cleaned hinges, and solid, simple locking mechanisms allowing for effective closure with minimal particle traps.
