Measures in place minimise effects of COVID-19 for customers
Foremost Electronics, the engineering-led Essex based importer and specialist distributor of electromechanical components, standard and custom cabinets and enclosures has implemented a range of measures to minimise the effects of the corona virus pandemic.
Their sales office and technical support team are all now working remotely and available by the usual telephone and email addresses ensuring seamless communications. Customer services, including accounts and senior management access, and marketing functions are also still available if required. These measures will remain in place until government guidance eases the current situation.
Product stock is being maintained and supplier factories are all operational with only very minor lead-time increases on some components. Foremost have not increased their minimum order quantities and are committed to maintaining their customary excellent levels of service.
Deliveries and shipping are continuing to schedule with warehouse staff maintaining social distancing requirements. Next day deliveries to UK customers are being fulfilled as far as possible with worst cases taking only two days and shipping costs have not changed.
