• Current and forthcoming legislation
• Standards and their implications
• Machine Safety Inspection
• Safety Components
• Free tools and resources from Leuze electronic

When Leuze electronic decided to run one of its successful FREE OF CHARGE half-day ‘Introduction to Machine Safety’ training workshops in July, the company underestimated the level of demand and quickly had to schedule a second date. Having filled both of these sessions within days, it has now announced a third session for Wednesday 15th August, again at its office in St Neots, Cambridgeshire.

Kevin Ellison, the presenter and technical support engineer at Leuze, said: “These sessions have always proved popular, as have the evening sessions we do for the IET, but even we are surprised by how quickly July’s sessions filled up. The workshops are designed to give a simple introduction to the issues, the legislation, as well as giving sources of advice for machine safety and this easy going approach seems to be welcomed.’

Information on the workshop and lots of advice and information on machine safety is available on Leuze electronic’s website at www.leuze.co.uk, but the company is keen to discuss the workshop, take bookings, and offer advice on 01480 408500.

PS… whilst the session will start at 1pm, Leuze invite attendees to join them for pizza and a chat before at 12.30pm
