Process-reliable assembly in a digitalised world: At the Hannover Fair, Voss Fluid is looking to the future in many respects. At its stand no. F37 in Hall 21, the fluid specialist will be presenting cross-sector applications for its products and services at several terminals. Among other things, one particular focus is on solutions for more efficient and sustainable hydraulic systems with the aim of operating machines and plants in a more energy- and resource-efficient form.
Many companies ask themselves: How do I get more power out of my machines without consuming additional energy? Voss Fluid provides the answer at the Hannover Fair. Because the experts are certain that the key is already in the hydraulic systems and thus also in the connection technology. Voss Fluid will use its trade fair presence in Hanover to present its range of ready-to-install hydraulic lines and leak-tight connection technology. Visitors can digitally call up individual application areas and industry solutions at the terminal. In general, progressive digitalisation is the focus of the trade fair stand. In the Augmented Reality corner, for example, visitors can experience the process-reliable assembly in the digitalised world live through “mixed reality glasses”. This is just one example of the large number of research projects that Voss is currently working on. The fluid specialist is presenting its initial concepts in Hannover.
Trend-setting hydraulics: more power with less energy
Many of Voss’s developments are focused on the topic of energy efficiency. How can hydraulic systems be optimized using forward-looking connection technology so that they work more efficiently and sustainably – with less energy loss? One possibility is flow optimisation of fluid systems, which Voss is currently intensively researching.

On the product side, Voss is presenting several pre-assembly devices, including the VOSS Lok 40 tube connection system and the Voss Type 90 Comfort. As a purely metal-sealing tube forming system, Voss Lok 40 guarantees high-quality connections of tube coupling systems with high leakage resistance even with demanding media such as hydrogen. The Voss Type 90 Comfort pre-assembly device simplifies assembly with sophisticated tool and fault detection.
As a system partner for fluid technology, Voss produces and sells both tube connections and ready-to-install hydraulic lines. The company supplies all components for hydraulic connection technology in mobile and stationary machines from one, single source. In addition, customers are provided with a wide range of customisation options for standard connection systems, custom-designed forming solutions, application-specific corrosion protection solutions and tube supports.
