The Nilab Green Drive electric linear motor range is designed speci?cally for use as an actuator. Combining the speed and rugged operation of pneumatics, the controllability of a ball screw and the inherent reliability of direct drive linear motors, the Nilab Green Drive actuator is a low-cost, powerful industrial pusher/puller. The simple two part design makes the Green Drive actuator very reliable – the internal rod support bearing provides a maintenance free solution with service life up to 10 times that of ball screws. Using direct drive electric technology, the Green Drive actuator has quiet operation with speeds up to 5m/s, peak force to 1000N and a positional repeatability of 50 micron, making it suitable for many industrial applications. Traditional pneumatic actuators can become very complicated to program, requiring elaborate control valves and complex electro-pneumatic control systems to choreograph the positioning function.  Green Drive electric linear actuators are plug-n-play.

The ever-growing needs of machines for automatic assembly, demand high quality and reliance for all components, especially those that perform millions of cycles. As a competent partner in electromechanical solutions, Servo Components & Systems Ltd provides innovative products for fast and precise linear positioning. Thanks to standard plug & play linear units, we can offer customised and flexible solutions.

The modular linear units are designed to make the work of technicians and engineers easier. Ready 3D models, assembled with power chains, as well as different multi axis linear motor combinations provide solutions ready for fast and precise XYZ positioning. Everything is included: profile, guides, linear motor, measuring system, end blocks, plug M23 connectors and power chain.

The linear motor is based on synchronous technology, which offers considerable advantages in dynamics, accuracy, and durability. The integrated oil supply in the guide allows it to operate without any maintenance. The range of linear motors is fully compatible with the Copley Controls amplifiers or any other component drive available, easy plug & play allows fast commissioning of your application.

Thanks to our standard linear motor stages, we can build complex XYZ axes systems. We have solutions for a wide range of applications, with ready 3D drawings.

The powerful iron core motors in combination with the most compact linear unit provide an opportunity to integrate them into high speed applications.  Standard stroke lengths to 6000mm are available with expanded feedback options and force capability to 2000N.

The New PLUS Servo Drives from Copley Controls offer a range of AC- and DC-powered digital drives for servo and stepper motors. Both AC- and DC-powered drives are available in both EtherCAT and CANopen versions. Multi axis models deliver optimal cost per node. A wide range of absolute interfaces are built-in, including BiSS, SSI, Absolute A and EnDat.

PLUS drives feature high resolution A/D converters for optimal current control as well as fast, hardware-based position capture and setpoint trigger output. M-Series modules have the flexibility to control both servo and stepper motors.

The Safe Torque Off capability eliminates the expensive contactors and complex wiring traditionally used in safety critical applications. Safe Torque Off provides two drive enable inputs facilitating system conformance to SIL 3 (IEC 61800-5-2) and Category 3 PLd (ISO 13849-1).

An addition to the standard servo drives is the R-Series range. These are ruggedized versions of the Xenus and Accelnet servo drives, in panel, module and PCB formats. Designed to endure temperature extremes, high humidity, vibration and shock, the R-Series finds application in COTS military, nautical, aviation, oil refining and vehicle-based systems. Mil-Std-810 specifications are met with the R-Series of servo drives.

From Servo Drives and Stepper Drives to the simpler Torque Drives, Servo Components & Systems have a servo drive solution to meet our customer needs.
