Harland Simon will be showcasing its Vero suite of warehouse and logistics optimisation solutions at Southern Manufacturing 2015, 10th – 12th February 2015. The Vero exhibit is aimed at delegates wishing to improve accuracy, traceability and safety in their warehouse operations and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and cut costs.

“Featuring the latest optical and RFID location-aware technology, the Vero suite of solutions can optimise operational performance in warehouses. By introducing Vero, warehouse operators are able to optimise their processes and the movement of their inventory. This reduces the amount of time required to move each pallet – often by up to 15 seconds. The result is increased efficiency and, by association, increased profitability,” said Declan Begley, business development manager at Harland Simon.

“Our experienced representatives will be on hand to demonstrate how using Vero to track people, materials handling equipment (MHE) and inventory can enable significant reductions in warehouse costs to improve profitability, while also ensuring health and safety best practice.”

The Vero suite of solutions is made up of four key modules that can be used independently or integrated as part of a total logistics system to ensure operators are in complete control of their warehouse assets.

Southern Manufacturing is the UK’s largest regional manufacturing technology, electronics and subcontracting exhibition and takes place at FIVE in Farnborough, England. Visitors to the event will find Harland Simon at Stand C2.
