scm hv hi resHBM has developed the SCM-HV high-voltage signal conditioner for its QuantumX universal data acquisition system so that these voltages can now be converted and acquired in parallel with other measurements such as mechanical quantities.

The SCM-HV high-voltage signal conditioner meets the EN61010 directive and the specifications for IEC measurement category 2 up to 300 Volt; signals of up to 500 Volt can also be acquired by measurements outside the category. The launch of the SCM-HV means that HBM now supplies an appropriate measurement solution for each IEC category.

Coupling the SCM-HV with the QuantumX enables data rates of up to 100 kS/sec per channel to be set while both time and costs are reduced through processing corresponding data simultaneously.  The SCM-HV has an accuracy class of 0.05 and operates within a temperature range of -20° to +60° C.

HBM’s QuantumX data acquisition system is an established and highly flexible solution for measuring mechanical, hydraulic, thermal and now high-voltage quantities.
