SICK has released more dates for its popular Functional Safety Training during 2018 led by its qualified Machinery Safety experts and held at convenient locations in the North and South of England.

The one-day course is designed to bring delegates up to speed with the EN ISO 13849 functional safety standard (Safety of Machinery –  Safety-related parts of control systems).

In addition to the structure and terminology of the legislation, the workshop will go through a worked example using a simple safety function. It also covers how to use Sistema, with development strategies and real scenarios presented.
